Location:
Our board and train facility is located in Howard City, Michigan. We travel to surrounding areas within a 35 mile radius including: Grand Rapids, Rockford, Sparta, Newaygo, Cedar Springs and Big Rapids.
About Our Trainer:
My name is Nate Yates. I was a K9 handler and trainer in the United States Air Force for four years. My experience ranges from basic and advanced obedience to scent work and bite work. My goal is to strengthen the relationship between owner and dog so that the home can be a relaxing and joyful place for both alike.
I use balanced training methods to achieve each individual's goals. This method of training includes the use of a variety of tools such as treats, prong collars, slip leashes and E-collars.
TRAINING SERVICES
Private Sessions
We offer one on one training sessions in your home. Private training consists of 6 week, 8 week, or 12 week courses. Each program is tailored to the individual dog’s needs. A course will be recommended at time of consultation. Dogs of any age are welcome.
Board & Train
Our board and train program consists of a 1 week, 2 week, or 3 week stay at our facility. Each board and train program includes 2 at home visits concluding your dogs stay.
We accept dogs of any age, breed, or size. We focus on basic and advanced obedience, manners in public, on and off leash obedience, and behavior modification.
